1. Agreement to Terms

manipulation.cc is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All Roblox trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

3. User Responsibility / Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own risk. Any actions you take in connection with Roblox or any third-party platform are solely your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your Roblox account, including but not limited to account standing, moderation actions, bans, suspensions, content removals, or any other consequences that may occur.

We do not guarantee that use of the Service will be compliant with Roblox rules, policies, or moderation systems, and we make no promises regarding outcomes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

Attempting to disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.

5. Payments and No Refund Policy

If the Service offers paid features or subscriptions, you agree that all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, inability to use the Service, account moderation actions, or changes to third-party platforms.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of your access to paid features and/or the Service.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, manipulation.cc and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes (without limitation) any claims related to third-party platforms such as Roblox, including account bans, moderation actions, content takedowns, or other penalties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
